During the pre-poll period of 2019 elections, many doubted if YSRCP and BJP had a secret alliance to make Naidu get down from the CM Chair and some concluded that there is some kind of agreement between these two. After BJP formed an alliance with Janasena officially, everything was faded out but now, these speculators arose as a result of the latest happenings in AP.
Though BJP and YSRCP contested in elections against each other, Jagan never locked horns with the supreme power at the center. Even now, many AP BJP leaders are attacking Jagan on various issues but he didn’t bother to reply to them or defend their allegations. He has been with Modi and backing up his every decision since he came into power.
The center is also supporting Jagan in every aspect but they are not as co-operative as Jagan. BJP canceled appointments of Jagan in the last minute, encouraged their AP BJP leaders to criticize the AP CM, and said that Jagan is not efficient as a Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and is posing like he couldn’t do anything in the state without the center’s support.
Of course, we should mention that they didn’t even care about the abolition of the legislative council bill forwarded by the AP government to the parliament. In the present situation, neither Jagan nor Modi reveals their actual relationship between them but we may have a conclusion soon.
YSRCP is so determined on the suspension and the disqualification of the Narsapuram MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju which can only happen if BJP supports their stance. So, we need not wait too long for a revelation.
