Ahead of the forthcoming general elections in Andhra Pradesh, the political scenario had turned interesting. When Telugu Desam Party and Janasena joined forces the result came in favor of the alliance as two big communities voted for the alliance. Though BJP was also a part of the alliance, it has no strength in the state so TDP and Janasena should take the credit.
In the 2019 polls, Telugu Desam Party and Janasena parted ways and tried their luck with a solo performance that backfired terribly. While TDP recorded its worst-ever election result, Janasena lost the polls cheaply by winning just one seat and Pawan himself lost the two seats where he contested.
Keeping the 2024 polls in mind, Janasena and TDP showed signs that they are ready to form an alliance. When everything seemed well and everyone expected that they would get clarity on the alliance, Pawan Kalyan’s statements messed up the possibility.
Pawan Kalyan’s statements brought angry reactions from the former ally Telugu Desam Party. While the supporters are openly trolling Pawan Kalyan, the TDP netas are indirectly trolling the Janasena chief. Senior TDP leader Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdary indirectly compared Pawan with a few grain seeds.
Joining the force, Senior Telugu Desam Party leader and former minister Devineni Umamaheshwar Rao also reportedly took a dig at Pawan Kalyan on the three options offered by him. Needless to say, the tweet made by the TDP leader went viral instantly.
As people started to talk about the alleged tweet made by the ex-Minister, he started a new version of the story saying that the viral tweet is a fake one and someone purposefully made the fake tweet viral.
While the doubt about the alleged fake tweet stays, many say that the former Minister might have made the tweet out of frustration caused by Pawan Kalyan’s three options and fearing the heat he might face from Pawan Kalyan’s fans he started the new drama.
Pawan Kalyan has a massive fan following and if anyone comments on their matinee idol, they can’t tolerate it. We have seen this in the case of Sri Reddy and the late Kathi Mahesh’s issues.
