Jagan’s government filed another petition against the HC judge..!

In a long drawn battle between the AP Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy and the Chief Justice and judges of the AP High court, the YSRCP government filed another petition targeting the AP High Court Judge Justice Rakesh Kumar.

It is known that earlier, Jagan’s govt has directed its ire at Chief Justice Maheswari and now Rakesh Kumar is subjected to some serious allegations by the government.

The petition is that Rakesh Kumar should step down from hearing the case related to Mission build AP. The alleged that Rakesh Kumar was prejudiced in this issue and there are higher chances of him taking a partial stand.

Hence, the Jagan’s government said through the petition that justice won’t be served if hears the case. Earlier, Justice Rakesh Kumar had gone to the extent of saying that the Constitutional machinery broke down in Andhra Pradesh.

So, the AP government got a chance to file a petition demanding the exclusion of Rakesh Kumar from the hearing of the case mission build AP.
