KCR’s biggest fan has now closed down the temple that he had built for his “God.” Yes. For Ravinder of Dandepalli in Mancherial district, KCR was God and he built a temple for KCR at his residence. He used to offer prayers and worship him every day. Today, he is a disillusioned man.
Ravinder, who was upset at not being given any position of importance, stopped praying to him a few weeks ago. Later, he also submitted his resignation from the TS to the statue of KCR. Since then, he has been keeping away from the temple. Now, the latest is that he has closed down the temple and covered the statue of KCR with a cloth. He says he has done this as neither KCR nor the local MLA were helping him in any which way. He said his cable TV channel distributorship was also snatched away from him and the local MLA did practically nothing. Upset with this, he has locked the temple and stopped praying.
Ravinder had built the temple some five years ago on his and. The small temple had a statue of KCR, which Ravinder worshipped every day. He now says it was a mistake to worship KCR. He said these days, the TRS was giving more importance to those who joined the party after it came to power. These leaders had not made any contribution to the cause of Telangana. But, they are enjoying power and pelf, while sincere workers like him were languishing.without any recognition.
