With the new normal life, Tollywood filmmaking may not be the same post COVID-19. New guidelines and restrictions – from temperature checks on the sets to budget alterations – are bound to be in vogue if shootings are to begin once the lockdown is lifted.
However, many filmmakers in TFI are awaiting to resume their shoots as per Telangana government guidelines from July.
If the latest reports are to be believed, Super Star Mahesh Babu’s most-awaited film Sarkaru Vaari Paata’s shooting will resume its regular shoot from September.
It is heard that the makers are planning to start the shoot in mid-September as the coronavirus effect may be reduced across the globe.
The makers unveiled the first look poster of SVP, which received thumping response from all sections of the audience. One-rupee coin tattoo and Mahesh’s earring increased the hype surrounding the film and fans opined that the film will be a mass entertainer.
Touted to be a family entertainer with an impactful social message, the film is in the pre-production stage. Bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers and MB Entertainment Pvt Ltd, the film may star Kiara Advani as the film’s leading lady. However, nothing has been confirmed as of now. The film might release grandly in summer 2021.
