‘Pak Govt Helped Us To Enter J&K,’ Said Terrorist

Last week, the Indian Army caught two terrorists red-handedly when they tried to invade at the border (LoC) and they have been identified as Nazneen Kokhar and Khaleel Ahmed. One of the terrorists said that they were trained at Kacherban in Pakistan for a week to cross the border from Rawalpindi. He also said that they work for the Lashkar-e-Tayiba.

When investigated, the two terrorists made a confession that they work together from the past four years and plotting has been made to cross the border. The two stated that with the help of the Pakistan government, they could enter into Jammu and Kashmir. ‘We have plans to attack in J&K area,’ they said. “In order to disrupt peace in the valley, Pakistan is desperate for terrorists to infiltrate,’ General Officer Commanding (GoC) of the Army’s 15 Corps Lt General K J S Dhillon said at a joint briefing with Inspector General of Police (IGP), Kashmir, Munir Khan.

While Pakistan is desperately trying to send terrorist to India, the two have been caught near Gulmarg and currently being interrogated. Pakistan is also trying to bring in tension and disturb harmony in the valley with their tactics, stated the Intelligence Bureau. Asking the force to be on a high alert, IB also suggested that nearly 100 terrorists from Afghanistan are being sent to Kashmir. In addition, around 15 Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorists are already kept at the terror launch-pads in Lipa valley along the Line of Control (LoC) to infiltrate in Kashmir, Intelligence reports stated.

On August 19 and 20, an important meeting has been held by Mufti Rauf Asghar, brother of JeM chief Maulana Masood Azhar, with top commanders of the terrorrists at Bahawalpur headquarters.. The main motive behind the meet was to send hardcore terrorists into Kashmir, sources claimed.
