Ram Charan’s Rangasthalam is unstoppable at the box office and has already crossed 175 gross mark recently. Directed by Sukumar, the film had a twist which was revealed only in the end.Likewise, Nagarjuna and Nani’s multi-starrer movie will have such suspense element which will be disclosed as interval bang.In the yet to be titled film directed by Sriram Aditya, Nani is playing the role of a doctor. Nagarjuna visits the hospital that Nani is working for with a patient in critical condition.
Over a period of time, Nani and Nagarjuna become thick friends. But, twist in the tale is revealed towards interval that Nag has other intentions to aid the patient. Nag actually tries to kill the patient after the latter recovers completely. What led Nagarjuna to take the decision? Where the story heads from then on?

In fact, this line story reminds us of Rangasthalam where protagonist Ram Charan saves Prakash Raj from an accident and he kills him finally after the latter recuperates fully.Currently, a hospital set is being erected in Saradhi Studios in Hyderabad where major portions of the movie will be shot.
