The blockbuster film “Fidaa” has released in 2017 and its been two years already, but there is no word about talented Sekhar Kammula’s next movie. Despite scoring such a big hit, it looks like the director is yet to come out with any sort of announcement over his upcoming movie.
An update is that Kammula is directing a dance based movie with all the newcomers and the rumour was that he’s introducing a relative of Asian Cinemas as a hero through this movie. However, even before a teaser or at least a shooting pic of this film came out, the director has actually locked lead actors for his next.
Recently the talented filmmaker who carved movies like Anand and Godavari has come up with another female-centric script and got Naga Chaitanya aboard for the same. And he’s also going back to his Fidaa actress Sai Pallavi to do the lead role. Once Sekhar Kammula wraps the project in hand, we hear that he will start shooting of this new movie without wasting time.
Perhaps this is the first time Kammula planned something in advance and we have to see how it goes.
