A horde of names including that those heroines who have acted in big films actually popped up in the infamous USA Sex Rocket case where a Telugu couple was arrested by Feds in the USA and accused of hosting prostitution and running a sex racket ring involving Telugu cinema actresses.
As per federal charges, Kishan Modugumudi and his wife, Chandra, are said to be bringing actresses from India on the pretext of attending cultural events as performers or guests and luring them into prostitution. And many actresses are said to have got questioned in India and USA, in this connection. And six months after this issue happened, till date there is no news of the progression of this case.
Some reports are doing rounds that few powerful people from the NRI community got involved in the matter and hired some top notch US lawyers to bring this case to closure. To save the high profiled customers related to this racket, actually, bigwigs are said to have moved their pawns very carefully. Also, the whereabouts of the arrested couple are also being kept a secret for the same reason.
As it happens to be the USA, many thought that swift action will be taken, but it looks like the case if pretty much going to wither out.
