Rumours about Sonakshi Sinha getting engaged with Bunty Sajdeh has been doing rounds for a really long time now. The actress cleared the air about her relationship status and stated that nothing is on the cards as of now. In an interview with Bombay Times, she said,” I have nothing to say now, I will comment only when I have something to say. As of now, there is nothing on the cards. There’s no pressure from my parents either. When I am ready to do it, I will.” Well, that pretty much puts an end to all speculations about her marriage this year.
There were also rumours about Sonakshi’s mother, Poonam Sinha, not approving of Sonakshi’s choice which could be a reason why the two are being very discreet about their relationship. However, we at least know now that Sonakshi is not getting married this year. The actress is currently busy with upcoming film, Noor, where she plays a journalist. She is also a judge on popular dance reality TV show, Nach Baliye 8. She will also be seen in Ittefaq with Sidharth Malhotra after this. She sure has her plate full at the moment to even think about getting married or engaged.
Sonakshi and Bunty have been together for over a year now and their relationship seems to be getting stronger by the day. Though they haven’t spoken about their relationship in public yet, they do keep making appearances together. They were last seen at Phillauri’s screening together. In fact, the two came together in the same car. And they do make a cute pair, we must say! With so many projects in her hand, we’re sure Sonakshi will not be getting engaged any time this year.
