Vundavalli Arun Kumar is a YS Rajasekhar Reddy loyalist and served as an MP during YSR’s regime as well. However, his loyalty towards YSR did not translate into any bond between him and YSR’s son, Jagan. Vundsavalli is known for making several harsh comments on Chief Ministers and governments, and Jagan has never been the exception to this rule. Recently, Vundavalli has made some bold statements on Jagan’s government, and how Jagan will soon be out of the bubble he created for himself.
Vundavalli acknowledged that Jagan‘s Navarathnalu scheme was in fact, a success, but said that people would soon get tired of it, and would only prefer development over anything else, as only development creates more job opportunities, and can sustain a proper livelihood.
Vundavalli criticised the way the government has not been able to pay pensions and salaries on time, for all the government employees, and this would very soon make people turn back on the government.
Vundavalli also commented on how the government was making huge claims of victories all over the state, in the panchayat elections, and criticised the way the government was failing to put pressure on the Central government for a special status for Andhra Pradesh.
