TDP MP Avanti Srinivas’, who recently crossed over to YCP, had tasted a bad experience. His debut public meeting with Bheemili Assembly constituency party workers turned out to be a big disaster as it saw poor turnout.
Avanti Srinivas and YCP’s Vizag Lok Sabha candidate, film producer MVV Satyanarayana and other noted leaders in the district have gathered for a meeting with the party workers in the constituency.
Given that Avanti is planning to contest from Bheemili Assembly constituency on YCP ticket, naturally, his meet with the party’s leaders and workers in the constituency was under scanner. However, even Avanti’s close aides said to have got shocked with the lukewarm response.
Avanti Srinivas and Chirala MLA Amanchi Krishna Mohan have met Jagan and given their consent to join YCP. Amanchi will soon join YSRCP in Prakasam district. In this backdrop, the poor show of Avanti Srinivas first meeting in YCP is worrying his close aides and Jagan’s aides.
