Who are you to question me? Don’t cross your limits: AP speaker to TDP

The ‘Three Capitals’ bill rocked the AP Assembly on Monday. After ministers Buggana and Botsa addressing the assembly, AP Assembly speaker Tammineni Sitharam has asked the state government to initiate a probe on the allegations of Insider-Trading on Amaravati lands.

However, the TDP MLAs raised objection over it and added that speaker has no right to ask for a probe. Angered by the TDP leaders objections, speaker Tammineni got outraged and said “Who are you to question me? You have no right and don’t cross your limits. I have every right to ask the government for an investigation.”

After this Jagan stood up in the seat and said Speaker of the Assembly has all the rights to ask for a probe and abiding by the speaker’s instructions, our government will initiate an enquiry at the earliest.

Then Botsa criticized opposition leader Chandrababu and said, wonder what he knows about Assembly and speaker rules and limitations. “He claims he has 40 years political experience but he doesn’t know Speaker’s power,” said Botsa.
