Telangana BJP’s new president Bandi Sanjay seems to be pressing the right notes. Instead of staunchly opposing KCR on every and any issue, Sanjay seems to be making right decisions. He extended full support to the Telangana Government on Corona Control.
In a letter, he said the Government would get complete support from the BJP and promised that the BJP workers would take part in any governmental initiatives aimed at sanitation and cleaning. He also called upon the BJP workers to work like soldiers. After this, he gave two advices to KCR. First- to implement Central Government’s ambitious health scheme Ayushman Bharat as it has included Corona Virus in the list of diseases treated under the scheme. He reminded that Telangana did not join the Ayushman Bharat. Thus, indirectly, he made a veiled attack on KCR. Secondly, he asked KCR to use the secretariat buildings, which have since been vacated, for providing quarantine facilities to Corona positive persons.
Through these two suggestions he has on one hand highlighted the failure of the State Government and at the same time put forth very laudable and implementable suggestions. Thus, he has shown himself as a mature politician.
