Zebronics India has launched its latest wireless portable boombox speaker called Axel. It is a retro boombox speaker with built-in equalizer that claims to produce deep and loud sound.With two 3 watt 7.62cm drivers (total 6W RMS), the speaker supports a frequency response of 90Hz – 20kHz with 4 ohms of impedance, and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of 70dB. The internal battery rating is not disclosed but is claimed to offer up to two hours continuous of music playback.
The Zebronics Axel sports control buttons at the top which include volume control, media control, radio and equalizer. The speaker offers call function and sport an LED display as well. It comes with a built-in FM and offers connectivity options such as USB, MicroSD, AUX and Bluetooth v4.2. The wireless portable speaker comes in two colour variants — Red and Black and is available for purchase at retail stores across India, priced at Rs 2,799.
