Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) special court today, cancelled the petition of CBI demanding cancellation of bail to Jagan. CBI lawyers had maintained that former principal secretary Ramakanth Reddy’s interview on Sakshi TV, was biased and might influence other eye-witnesses, in Jagan Assets case. Jagan deliberately made Ramakanth Reddy speak, they said. Jagan’s lawyers too countered the petition and said that what Ramakanth Reddy said pertains to the editorial board of the TV and has nothing to do with Jagan. The court cancelled the petition.
