The stupendous success of Baahubali 2 at the box office is now making options for hero Prabhas more expanded. More heroines and villains are likely to come on board for his latest film “Saaho” which is also targeting another Baahubalian victory despite being directed by a one-film-old filmmaker.
From a time there is a buzz about the probable heroine of this film as the names like Rashmika Mandanna to Alia Bhatt to Tamanna have done the rounds. Forget about heroines now, but even various big names are getting considered for villain role too.
After his portrayal as a stylish Scientist in Ram Charan’s “Dhruva”, former hero Arvind Swamy’s popularity has risen to a new level in Tollywood as well. For that reason, Prabhas and team are now looking forward to roping this stylish antagonist for their movie. We hear that he’s quoting more than a crore to join the league. For the film that is being made with 150 crores budget, this isn’t a big deal, however.
To be directed by Sujith of Run Raja Run fame, “Saaho” is spending hugely on visual effects as the makers want to deliver a film of Hollywood standard graphics to Telugu audiences. Hope they create a new version of something original rather making out a secondary version of some beaten-to-death Hollywood effects.
