In a tragic road accident, a Telugu NRI died on Saturday in Illinois, US. The deceased was identified as Saikumar Adluru (23) hailing from Chittor District. He was doing MS in Illinois state University.
As per police reports, the accident took place in the late night on Saturday. Saikumar was returning after taking part in his friend’s birthday celebrations. The car he was traveling in head-on collided with another car coming from opposite direction. He would have finished his MS in 3 months if not for the fatal accident.
Saikumar’s death has brought grief to his parents living in India. Efforts are being made to bring his body back to India.
