The very name of senior director Vamsi rings bells for many. Thanks to some of his gems like Ladies Tailor and April 1st Vidudala, which have showcased slapstick comedy in the newest way and also gave that abstract style of filmmaking to the industry.

Recently Vamsi is said to have tried to convince a producer for a film titled ‘Whatsapp Vanaja Aunty’, but after looking at the outdated ideas of the director, this NRI backed off to save his 2 crores investment. Finally, that led to Vamsi realizing that finding a producer will be tough now. He has now decided to move to Swathi weekly, to write an autobiography of him with the title “Polamarina Gnapakalu’.
Once upon a time, he is a legend, but surely he should have realized when he should stop, like his boss K Viswanath. Otherwise, the legendariy-ness will be sunk in Godavari.
