Ever since Lakshmi’s NTR got released, there was a doubt if the scene shown in the interval is for real. Not many of the present generation folks do know that whether the act took place in Tirupathi. And they are looking forward for proofs.
As per Lakshmi’s NTR, at the 100 days function of Mohan Babu’s Major Chandrakanth, which marked a brief comeback of legendary NTR to films, director Ram Gopal Varma has shown that he invited Lakshmi Parvathi on to the stage and announced his marriage seeking the approval of crowds there.
Whether this particular incident is real or the one that got dramatized to the core by Varma is something the present-day audiences don’t know about. Because the videos of Major Chandrakanth 100 days function that is available on the internet showcase Lakshmi Paravathi seated in the crowd like in the film, but they don’t have any trace of NTR calling her to the stage and introducing her to people.
If anyone has full videos of the event, then surely it will be only Mohan Babu, the film’s lead actor and producer and now a rival of ruling TDP after he joined YSR Congress.
