At a time when Rahul Ravindran is taking all the beating on twitter for the poor show of Manmadhudu 2, he has got a big respite in the form of National Award. Quite surprising this is, but actually, it sounded like someone saving the young director from trolls big time.
Apparently, Rahul’s mediocre directing skills got exposed in Manmadhudu 2 and there are certain scenes that have fallen through the cracks to support this. As the film happens to be a remake of the French movie ‘Prete-moi ta main’, Rahul should have written some better screenplay to suit the tastes and likings of Telugu audiences.
One might understand that Nagaruna’s presence might have created a bit of messy situation for Rahul as he has to handle both his stardom and also his interference in the work. But the National Award for Chi La Sow would have given him good relief from the trolls.
