None might have believed the rumour that director Gopichand Malineni actually convinced Akkineni Nagarjuna for a movie. Because the senior hero is not in a mood to do routine masala movies which Gopichand is famous for delivering.
But still, as Malineni is working on a script for Raviteja, the director got baffled with rumours coming up. Indirectly he is worried that such rumours might convey a wrong message to Raviteja, that the director is actually trying other heroes as well.
Responding over the rumours, Malineni stated, “There is a false speculation about my next film on websites …Pre production work for my Next film with Ravi teja garu is going on full swing …will update further details very soon … guys. We r going to be back very strong (sic)” through a statement on a social media website.
Some rumours don’t even sound logical and even though Gopciahnd Malineni got worried about it, none took it seriously. The director’s last outing is Sai Dharam Tej’s 2017 release Winner which ended up a dud at the box office.
