If there are two weak things we have to point out in Koratala Siva’s movies, they are none other than the climax of his films and the villains he brings. Despite the fact that the director orates lots of philosophy through all the scenes, the climax of his films often looks cliche as he banks on routine stuff. Let’s have a look at villains now.
Except for Mirchi movie where Tamil actor Sampath sounded new but Nagineedu is a tried and tested option, all other movies of the director have forgotten old villains as the antagonists. We have Mukesh Rushi in Srimanthudu, Prakash Raj in Bharat Anu Nenu, playing the roles of antagonists. But for Janatha garage, he experimented with Unni Mukundan and Sachin Khedekar, out of them, only Sachin worked for him.
Cut to Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Acharya now, Koratala Siva has got the super senior Sonu Sood as the leading villain for the flick. Due to the fact that Sonu became an overspent force in Tollywood, he’s not seen in many movies these days. Maybe Koratala should have felt that, as Soonu is not doing Telugu films these days, his presence will create some attention now.
We must say that these outdated villains are doing a bit good in Koratala Siva’s movies while they are not able to recreate their old magic in other movies.
