Anupama Parameshwaran is one of the most successful heroines in Tollywood, but this beauty from Kerala is yet to join the top league of actresses.
Except for “Satamanam Bhavati”, all the movies she had done in Tollywood are multiple heroine movies. She shared screen space with other actresses.
When scribes questioned her as to why she was doing films where she has to play the second lead, she was irritated with the question.
Her next release “Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi” is also a two-heroine movie in which Lavanya Tripathi happens to be the main female lead.
Anupama defends the argument that all actors in the movie are mere characters and that the script is the real hero. Clearly she is feeling the heat due to competition from other heroines.
Anupama got the offer to play a solo heroine in Sukumar’s “Rangasthalam”, but the director replaced her with Samantha.
