Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan got a new convoy which consists of six new Toyota Fortuner cars. Right after winning the elections, Jagan was arranged a new convoy by the caretaker government. It had six TATA Safari Storme vehicles which are completely bullet proof.
Now that YSRCP has complete grip on the governance, it took a call on Jagan’s safety. After considering few factors, Jagan’s convoy is upgraded with six new SUVs which costs nearly Rs 40 Lakh each. The black Fortuner vehicles will carry AP 39 PA 2345 number plate and they were spotted at secretariat in Amaravati on Monday morning.
The old convoy of Jagan is sent to Hyderabad and whenever he will be in the city, this will assist him to move here and there. In the past when Jagan was the opposition leader, the TDP government had allotted Safari Storme vehicles. Back then he asked the TDP government to change it but the government kept them unchanged.
Well at a time when the YSRCP government is time and again complaining about the state’s financial status, Jagan should have continued with the same convoy. Security is seriously a concern that is for sure, but YSRCP should have given a second thought before making tall claims.
