BJP candidate Gopal Shetty from the Mumbai North constituency made frivolous remarks on the Congress opponent, Urmila Matondkar. He interacted with a popular channel right before starting his nomination rally.
Gopal Shetty said that since Govinda had won earlier, Urmila Matondkar thinks that she can also taste triumph in the political field. He also passed comments on the actress-turned-politician that she is a “bholi-bhali ladki” who is zero in politics.
He continued that the people will be only curious to see Urmila Matondkar at public gatherings, but when it comes to voting they will see his work. Earlier, Gopal promised that he will not get personal with anyone but somehow he lost the control and passed a non-professional statement on Urmila.
Gopal, before starting the rally, said that he is people’s man and respect everyone in his constituency. He also assured of getting large support and winning this time. After Urmila’s entry, the Mumbai North constituency has become quite intriguing against BJP’s Gopal Shetty.
