We can’t honestly say we’re tired of seeing daily pictures of Kareena Kapoor going to the gym and back, but we have to admit that we’re aching to see her onscreen.Even as ‘Veere di Wedding’—the Rhea Kapoor coproduction with Sonam Kapoor and Kareena in the lead— has been in the making for almost two years (it was announced before Kareena got pregnant, and her son is one now), Kareena’s next career move is being closely watched.
It’s no surprise then she has been meeting filmmakers on the sly. We hear she’s had as many as three meetings with Ashutosh Gowarikar lately.
Gowarikar is trying to get her to sign on the Hindi remake of Marathi film ‘Aapla Manus’. Kareena apparently is close to signing it, she’s waiting for her co-stars and her script to be finalised.
