Four Engineering students died in a road accident on the wee hours of Wednesday in Yadadri Bhongir district. Three students have lost their lives on the spot while one student died on the way when he was being shifted to a local hospital and one student is severely injured.
This incident took place at Bommalaramaram village and the deceased are identified as Spoorthy (22), Praneetha (22), Chaitanya (23) and Vineeth Reddy. The injured is Manish Reddy and his condition is said to be critical.
The police claim that the car they were travelling is going at a maximum speed and the speedometer at the crash site shows 160 kilometres per hour. Beer bottles were recovered from the car too. Before the accident, these four students have partied with 12 other students who are their college mates at a private farm house. The police have booked the owner of the farm house and are getting details, whether the farm house has permission.
