After the success of small budgeted movie Pellichoopulu, the demand for sensible content laced with entertainment has grown multifold. Though many films are coming up in that style, not even a handful of them have scored a brownie at the box office.
The likes of Arjun Reddy, George Reddy, Brochervarevaru Ra, Mithai, Falaknuma Das, Dorasani and Kathanam have impressed with trailers in this ‘small budget’ category but only a couple of them impressed actually. And this week, one such small film that is hitting cinemas is none other Raja Varu Rani Garu. The trailer of the film is quite impressive that a section of the audience are eagerly waiting for it.
In recent times, the film that has come up like an underdog and impressed big time is ‘Brochevarevaru Ra’. One wonders if the comedy love story laced with various other elements in Raja varu Rani Garu will also make it mark that way. The Godavari backdrop, satirical dialogues and innocent portrayals of this film are appearing like its strength, which should work.
Also this Friday, there are no other notable releases barring Nikhil’s Arjun Suravaram and the box office is literally empty without any good films. So there is a big chance to score big provided with the fact that the content is a bit impressive. Let’s see what happens.
