YS Jagan has campaigned in Jammalamadugu assembly constituency and got emotional while addressing the public. Also the YSRCP chief fired at minister Adinarayana Reddy who defected to ruling TDP from his party.
‘There are no big leaders behind me and all I have is you (people). It’s your responsibility to vote for YSRCP candidates. This constituency remains under development because of successive leaders. The MLA who won on our ticket, got minister post in TDP government and despite being a minister for the last three years, he did nothing. Because of him and his rival, Jammalamadugu had witnessed faction, crime and gang wars all these years. Now both leaders are in TDP and got sold to packages and commissions,’ alleged Jagan.
Promising all round development of Jammalamadugu, Jagan said, as per Andhra Pradesh Bifurcation Bill, the central government should bare the expenses of Kadapa Steel Plant. But as a show off, Chandrababu laid foundation stone so as to gain publicity before elections. Now there is not even a word about. If YSRCP is voted to power, within six months, the project will be taken up and will aim to complete in three years.
Jagan also assured that his government would allocate separate budget for Agri Gold victims and all their dues will be cleared in the first budget sessions.
