Aamir Khan’s most-anticipated film Laal Singh Chaddha is a remake of Hollywood blockbuster 1994 film called Forrest Gump. This film will go to floors in October this year and filmmakers have now approached Kareena Kapoor Khan for the main lead, opposite Aamir.
AFter super hit film 3 Idiots and Talaash, Kareena may soon reunite with Aamir and it will definitely be a treat to watch the duo onscreen all over again. Reports suggest that Aamir himself wanted Kareena to play his love interest in this remake. Currently, the actress is in London shooting for her film Angrezi Medium and she will tentatively return to India in August.
Moreover, Kareena has also few other projects in hand apart from Angrezi Medium like Karan Johar’s directorial Takht and Good News, opposite Akshay Kumar. Now, Laal Singh Chaddha will be directed by Advait Chauhan and is slated for release on Christmas next year. If Kareena gives a nod to the film, these superstars will once again collaborate together.
