Telangana Chief Minister KCR said that his government will offer three acres of land to dalits who have no land at all. Addressing the members in AP Assembly, the Chief Minister said he never promised that he will offer lands to all the Dalits of the State. KCR said his government will continue offering the lands to Dalits who are based on Agriculture. The Chief Minister said the Dalits scheme in this regard has been finalised and will be operational soon. The Congress members Bhatti Vikramarka, Uttam Kumar and Sampath could not stop laughing listening to CM KCR.
