KCR hides 60 criminal cases, HC Sent Notices

The Telangana High Court has sent notices to Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao for providing false information in the election affidavit. A petition has filed in the High court that KCR has misinterpreted the election commission. The petitioner claimed that KCR had 64 criminal cases against him but in the affidavit he disclosed that there are only four cases. So KCR should be immediately disqualified.

Accepting the petition, the High Court has served notices to KCR and 14 election commission officials. Within four weeks, the respondents should reply to the notices and if not KCR may fall in big trouble.

During the Telangana agitations, KCR was booked in many cases. After the separate statehood is achieved, the TRS government had withdrew most of the cases. But this petition came in like a surprise to all, even TRS folks.

How would KCR reply? It would be interesting to know.
