Telangana CM KCR met West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee and discussed about the probabilities of forming the Federal Front. However, Mamata is said to be not impressed with KCR’s political agenda.
Post the meeting both KCR and Mamata spoke to the media. KCR said there is no hurry in talks for the front and he invited Mamata to Hyderabad. While the Bengal CM hasn’t spoken much about Federal front as she too has her eyes on the Prime Minister post.
The other day he met Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik and even the latter was not convinced with KCR’s idea of third front. The Telangana CM is expected to meet Akhilesh Yadav of Samajwadi Party and if he gets similar response, then almost ninety percent of KCR’s plans to play a crucial role in national politics will be taking a hit.
On the whole it is not going to be an easy task for KCR to bring all the regional political parties in the country to one platform as many have their own agenda to deal with.
