Modi’s economic policies doing harm to nation: Suravaram

suravaramCPI national secretary Suravaram Sudhakar Reddy on Wednesday alleged that the Centre’s demonetization policy was anti-people and accused Narendra Modi of turning a blind eye to the sufferings of the masses due to the Centre’s move.

Speaking to media persons here, Sudhakar Reddy that the note ban had dealt a serious blow to the rural economy and farmers are the worst hit. He said that the people would face difficulties for the next six months as there was no sign of any relief in sight due to note ban.

The CPI leader said that Narendra Modi had no moral right to talk on corruption saying that Modi himself was protecting the corrupt and defaulters. He said that the Modi government was serving the interests of corporates and questioned as to why his government wrote off the huge loans of corporate and MNCs. He said that the Modi government’s economic policies are doing more harm to the nation’s economy.
