Former Minister and Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham has heaped praises on Telangana Chief Minister KCR. In an open letter addressed to CM KCR, Kapu Reservation Porata Samithi leader said it is KCR, who fulfilled one of the key promises made during an election campaign and putting the same in the election manifesto. Alleging that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu was for not keeping his promises, Mudragada Padmanabham appreciated Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, who passed reservation bills for minorities.
