During the initial promotions of DJ Duvvada Jagannadham movie, Allu Arjun responded on the talk that attributes Jr Megastar tag to him. He could have simply said I’m nowhere near Megastar, but he added, “He can’t repeat a megastar, which is why he never touches his songs or scenes or films”. That led to Ram Charan and Sai Dharam fans severely hurt as both these youngsters are remixing Chiranjeevi’s songs all the time.
Later when the film got released, Allu Arjun’s media bashing got some negative remarks from hardcore mega fans as well. In the first place they feel that DJ is no classic that every critic will praise, but rather a toning down his verbose attack on review writers, Allu Arjun increased it. That led to some fans feeling that why a routine-formulaic-comedy film is being promoted as a game changer.
And with Harish Shankar revealing the figures collected from Nizam, some Mega fans took it that DJ team is trying to outshine the all-time non-baahubali record created by Megastar Chiranjeevi. All these incidents do prove that an unwanted bitterness is developing around this hero.
