Actor Manchu Vishnu is pushing boundaries with his ambitious pan-Indian project titled “Kannappa.” This dream project has already garnered significant attention due to its extensive first schedule, filmed continuously for 90 days in New Zealand.
Following a brief break after returning to India, the “Kannappa” team has resumed filming in New Zealand for the second schedule. Manchu Vishnu recently released a video featuring himself alongside his father, Mohan Babu, further amplifying excitement for the project.
“Kannappa” has generated significant buzz not only within India but also internationally, thanks to its captivating first look poster. The film promises breathtaking visuals, as evidenced by the ongoing shooting in stunning New Zealand locations. The production boasts a team of talented artists and technicians from New Zealand, Thailand, and India.
The film marks the debut of Avram Manchu, while veteran actor Mohan Babu serves as the producer under his banners “Ava Entertainments” and “24 Frames Factory.” Acclaimed director Mukesh Kumar Singh, known for his work on the Star Plus series “Mahabharata,” helms the project. The female lead is Nupur Sanon, sister of actress Kriti Sanon. Additionally, renowned writers Paruchuri Gopalakrishna, Thota Prasad, and Sai Madhav Burra have penned the screenplay. The film’s music will be composed by Stephen Devassy and Manisharma.
“Kannappa” boasts a star-studded cast, with prominent actors Mohanlal, Sarathkumar, and Prabhas playing crucial roles in the film, further enhancing its appeal to a wider audience.
