Revanth Reddy, the working President of TPCC, has been in the silent mode after he lost to TRS candidate Narendar Reddy in Kodangal assembly segment by around 9500 voted. The firebrand leader of Congress party has taken sensational decision now.
After meeting with Congress party state incharge Kuntia on Monday, While Revanth was walking out of the meeting, he was asked to address the media but he denied them saying: “I spoke for you all these years and now for my sake, I’m not going to face the media for next couple years.”
After quitting TDP, Revanth emerged as one of the tallest leaders in Congress and he’s elected as the star campaigner for the recent election. In his election speeches, Revanth has fired several potshots at KCR and TRS party like never before. His announcement to stay away from media has shocked both the Congress party high command and his cadre because he absence might make the party’s voice little weaker in Telangana.
