‘That’s TDP’s Strength in AP’

Former minister and Uttarandhra Charcha Vedika convenor Konatala Ramakrishna said that he would soon decide on which party he will join. Commenting on the prevailing political conditions in AP, Konatala said that the lack of unity in Opposition parties is biggest strength for TDP.

He said that YCP, Janasena, CPI, CPM, BJP have all different strategies and this in turn is becoming advantage to ruling party. He opined that the graph of YCP is declining with each passing day and Janasena hasn’t gained strength yet.

In the wake of reports that election notification would come into place in February, Konatala said that election fever has come in Andhra Pradesh. Interestingly, Konatala praised Chandrababu Naidu over the allocation of projects like Sujala Sravanthi, VIMS and disbursement of funds to them phase-wise without any delay.

Konathala is a strong leader from Anakapalle in Visakhapatnam. He is also fighting against the Centre over the insufficient funds to AP and rolling back of funds of Rs 350 Crore from AP.
