1) Game Over: Thanks to the positive word of mouth and reviews, Game Over collections picked up during the weekend after a disappointing first day.
However, the growth is relative to its day 1 performance but it is not a great show on the whole. It should continue to hold well during week days to be a safe venture.
2) Killer: Killer is the only film that made some buzz among last week’s releases. However, its collections aren’t so encouraging to put Vijay Antony back in the reckoning.
3) Vajra Kavachadhara Govinda: Comedian Saptagiri came out with a commercial entertainer with a powerful title, but the film turned out to be a damp squib.
Saptagiri should choose scripts that suits his style and physique.
4) Bharat: Salman Khan’s epic film Bharat crashed after a promising first weekend. It is highly unlikely to join the elite Rs. 300 crore club in spite of a solid opening.
5) Viswamitra: It is yet another thriller gone wrong. As expected there is pin drop silence at the ticket windows of the theaters running this film.
