Two leaders who were popular with the Telugu people were NTR and YSR. Of course, NTR had the distinction of being popular with the masses.Now, two biopics of these two leaders will go on the floors soon. NTR’s will commence from July and YSR’s biopic will begin from June 18 and will be titled Yatra.
Both the movies are being made to be readied by Sankranthi. It is being said that Balayya has asked Krish to finish the shoot as per target.Already YSR biopic’s team has also decided to release the film for Sankranthi. Also, YSR’s biopic is a different attempt and it does not show the entire life story of YSR.
The film will touch upon an important aspect of his life — the padayatra. As a part of this, the film’s story will go back a little and touch upon a little of YSR’s life story.But NTR’s biopic will be different. It will show all phases of his life. His growth as an actor, his cinematic milestones, his different characters, his political entry, Chaitanya Yatra and his attaining power.
So, both the films have Yatra common. But NTR’s biopic will have more characters and it is a bigger project.Where NTR biopic has six months to finish, YSR’s biopic despite being a smaller project has seven months to get completed.But Krish is known for making planned projects at a fast pace. So, both Chaitanya Yatra and Padayatra will be ready to hit the screens by Sankranthi.
