Yesterday, the whole India was in a tensed and excited mood to get back the Wing Commander Abhinandan, who has been captured by the Pakistan custody three days ago. Amidst of this vulnerable state, several social media users shared a video of few soldiers dancing and merry-making.
The video has been captioned that WC Abhinandan dancing with the Pak Army before leaving to India. However, it was found today that the video is a hoax and someone tried to defame the pilot.
The video that went viral yesterday is in fact an old one and the man, when closely observed, proves that he is not the Wing Commander Abhinandan. Many Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube users widely shared the video by then and got mixed opinions. Moreover, the video has been first shared by 172 people within a couple of hours on Twitter. On YouTube, the video was viewed by nearly 9592 users. No two videos had the same music in the background which also proved that the video is fake.
It brings a pity feeling and a matter of concern on those who have spread the fake news in this fragile situation of the two countries.
