Pan-India Rebel Star Prabhas is reportedly focused on bringing his long-cherished dream home to life. Around two years ago, he purchased several acres of land near the Kokapet ORR junction in Hyderabad at a staggering price of nearly Rs 75 crore per acre. Now, construction of a grand, palace-like luxury mansion on the same property is progressing at a rapid pace.

Located close to the Gachibowli Financial District, the residence is said to be designed in line with Prabhas’ personal taste, with international-level architects and interior designers working on the project. According to industry buzz, while the land acquisition itself cost hundreds of crores, the construction of this lavish mansion is expected to exceed a budget of Rs 300 crore.

Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills has long been home to several iconic celebrity residences, including Megastar Chiranjeevi’s landmark house, which has become a popular attraction in the area—similar to Amitabh Bachchan’s “Jalsa” in Mumbai or Shah Rukh Khan’s “Mannat.” Reports also suggest that Nandamuri Balakrishna is building a new house in the same locality, while Young Tiger NTR is said to be constructing a luxurious home nearby as well.

With Prabhas now developing his home in Kokapet, roughly a 40-minute drive from Jubilee Hills, the project is expected to take nearly a year and a half to complete. Soon after the news surfaced, fans flooded social media with excitement, playfully commenting that once the house is completed, their “Darling” should settle down and get married.

Prabhas, known as one of the most eligible bachelors in the industry, continues to be the subject of long-standing fan curiosity regarding his marriage. The new home has further fueled hopes among his followers that a major personal milestone might not be far away.

Apart from his main residence project, Prabhas also reportedly owns a guest house in Rayadurgam. After resolving earlier land-related disputes, he is said to have developed the space into a private farmhouse-style retreat with great care.

Currently, many top Tollywood stars including Allu Arjun, Mahesh Babu, and Ram Charan reside in and around Jubilee Hills and Film Nagar. Prabhas’ new luxury residence in Kokapet is expected to become another landmark addition to Hyderabad’s elite celebrity neighbourhoods, although official confirmation regarding the project details is still awaited.
