Actress Mamitha Baiju has announced a temporary break from social media, informing her followers through a brief note shared on her Instagram Story.

The actress wrote, “Taking some time off all my socials. In the meantime, my team’s got it covered,” indicating that while she steps away from her personal accounts, updates related to her work will continue to be handled by her team.

Before taking the break, Mamitha was quite active on social media, regularly sharing behind-the-scenes moments from her films, promotional content, and glimpses of her personal life with fans.

On the professional front, Mamitha has an exciting lineup of projects. She is set to reunite with Pradeep Ranganathan in an upcoming film backed by the actor-filmmaker. The project, which also features Telugu actor Sivaji in a key role, is being directed by a team of six filmmakers, while Sai Abhyankkar is composing the music.

In addition, Mamitha is awaiting the release of Viswanath and Sons, directed by Venky Atluri and headlined by Suriya. The much-awaited film is scheduled to hit theatres on August 14.
