After recently undergoing nose-related surgery, Pawan Kalyan is said to be recovering steadily and gradually returning to normal routine. He appeared energetic during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent visit to his Hyderabad residence, which reassured both fans and party supporters about his improving health condition.

According to sources close to him, Pawan Kalyan has already resumed administrative responsibilities after taking sufficient rest. However, uncertainty still remains over his return to cinema. Discussions are reportedly continuing regarding his pending and upcoming projects with directors like Surender Reddy and Sujeeth, but there is still no clarity on when he will actually resume shooting.

Reports suggest that during his recovery phase, Pawan Kalyan spoke to N. Chandrababu Naidu about several injuries he suffered during film shoots over the years that were allegedly ignored for a long time. Those untreated issues are now believed to have contributed to certain health complications. Because of this, many within his close circle reportedly feel it may not be advisable for him to immediately return to physically demanding film schedules.

At present, Pawan is already balancing massive political and administrative responsibilities as Andhra Pradesh’s Deputy Chief Minister. From review meetings and public appearances to field visits and party activities, his daily schedule remains extremely demanding.

Sources say his well-wishers and advisors are encouraging him to focus entirely on recovery for now and only take up film commitments after achieving complete physical stability. The current plan being discussed is reportedly to take a proper break and later finish one or two films in a carefully planned manner without affecting either his health or governance responsibilities.

For now, everything depends on how strongly and quickly Pawan Kalyan recovers over the next few months.
