Sree Vishnu’s upcoming action-comedy Comrade Kalyan is directed by Janakiram Marella and produced by Venkata Krishna Karnati and Seetha Karnati.

Presented by Kona Venkat, the film has already generated positive buzz, thanks to its engaging title promo released earlier.

Set against the backdrop of the Andhra–Odisha border in 1992, the film is described as a heartfelt love story with Sree Vishnu in the titular role, while Mahima Nambiar plays the female lead.

The makers have now kickstarted the musical promotions with the release of the first single, Oriya Pilla, composed by Vijay Bulganin.
