Vijay Sethupathi–Puri Jagannadh ‘Slum Dog’ Teaser on June 8
The upcoming action drama Slum Dog marks the first collaboration between director Puri Jagannadh and powerhouse performer Vijay Sethupathi. The film’s title and first-look poster have already received an excellent response from audiences, and now the makers have officially locked the teaser release date.
The team announced that the teaser will be unveiled on June 8. The newly released announcement poster features Vijay Sethupathi’s character in a gripping and intense avatar—standing with his back turned, blindfolded, and holding a blood-stained machete. The dark, smoky backdrop and suspenseful tone suggest a raw, action-packed narrative.
Carrying the intriguing subtitle 33 Temple Road, the film has already completed shooting, with post-production work currently in its final stages. The film is produced by Puri Jagannadh and Charmme Kaur under the banner Puri Connects, in association with JB Narayan Rao Kondrolla’s JB Motion Pictures.
The film also stars Samyuktha as the female lead. The makers are expected to announce the official release date soon, further building anticipation around this intense action entertainer.
