Mouni Roy has announced her separation from businessman Suraj Nambiar. The couple released a joint statement confirming that the decision to part ways was mutual and made with complete understanding and respect.

However, following the announcement, several unverified reports began circulating online regarding alimony, infidelity, and third-party involvement. Suraj Nambiar later addressed these rumours, firmly denying all such claims and clarifying that there is no alimony or dispute involved.

He also rejected speculation linking actress Disha Patani to the separation, calling the reports baseless and misleading. In his statement, he emphasized that there was no third-party involvement and that the decision was taken jointly.

Suraj further stated that the rumours being spread were malicious and urged people to stop spreading false narratives about their personal lives. He added that both he and Mouni Roy have chosen to part ways peacefully and with mutual respect.

Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar first met in 2018 during a New Year celebration in Dubai and got married in January 2022. Their separation was officially confirmed through a joint statement issued on May 14.
