Chiranjeevi–Bobby Film Eyeing Sankranthi Release, Shoot to Begin May 25

Megastar Chiranjeevi has completed shooting for Vishwambhara, which is slated for a grand release later this year. Meanwhile, he is gearing up for his next project, an action entertainer directed by KS Ravindra (Bobby), where Anaswara Rajan will reportedly play the role of his daughter.
This film marks Chiranjeevi’s second collaboration with Bobby after the blockbuster Waltair Veerayya. Although the project faced delays during the pre-production stage due to certain production issues, it is now finally set to move forward.
According to industry reports, the film is expected to go on floors on May 25. The team is planning an efficient shooting schedule with the aim of completing the film in time for a Sankranthi release.
Interestingly, Bobby is reportedly keen on repeating the Sankranthi sentiment, as both Waltair Veerayya and Mega Star Game Changer-era releases during the festival season delivered strong box office success.
However, with a tight timeline of around seven months, the team faces the challenge of completing a big-budget film that demands extensive production work, action sequences, and post-production efforts.
Despite the schedule pressure, the makers are confident about delivering on time. The film is being produced by KVN Productions, which is actively streamlining its slate and preparing to focus on upcoming big projects as well.
